Which languages do you support?

At this time, we only support English transcription.

Which file formats do you support?

We accept the following file formats: MP3, MOV, MP4, WAV, FLAC, AMR, OGG, and WebM.

Do you support video files?

Yes - you have the option to upload both audio and video files. We can transcribe either of these file types.

How do I upload my files?

You can upload through our secure portal. If you havent already, please create an account by clicking 'Get Started Now' at the top right. Then, you can follow the steps to quickly submit your audio or video files.

How accurate are the transcripts?

Auto-generated transcripts tend to be about 80% accurate. The quality of audio greatly affects accuracy - background noise, un-clear accents, and changing volumes can cause your transcript to be less accurate. However, we've provided a transcript editor that makes it easy to find and fix mistakes.

Are my files and information secure?

Yes - our secure portal implements industry standard security practices, and your files never leave our system.

How is the cost determined?

We charge $0.20/min of audio or video. So, a 10-minute file would cost $2.00. The minimum total fee that we are able to charge is $0.50, so if your file is too short, you will be charged $0.50 total.
